Meet your specialist

Dr Tom Manley is a fertility specialist, a gynaecology surgeon and also an obstetrician, allowing patients the unique opportunity to continue care from fertility treatments, including IVF, right through to birth.

Tom completed a fellowship in advanced pelvic surgery before training in reproductive medicine and fertility treatments at the Royal Women’s Hospital in Melbourne. While completing his fellowship training he also completed a Masters in reproductive medicine at the university of NSW.

The extra fertility and surgical training Tom has done is very uncommon in the field of Obstetrics and Gynaecology. Tom is now a leading fertility surgeon in Australia. He specialises in surgery for endometriosis, fibroids and ovarian cysts to optimise his patient’s fertility. Tom is a senior surgeon in the Monash Gynaecology Endoscopy Unit as well as the lead surgeon in the Royal Women’s Hospital Reproductive Services Unit.

Tom is also an Obstetrician at both Cabrini Hospital in Malvern and Waverley Private Hospital in Mount Waverley. As a pregnancy care specialist, Tom feels it is a real privilege to travel with his patients and their families on their fertility journey including pregnancy, labour and delivery.
