Our team of nurses are passionate about all things fertility, and take pride in making your experiences smooth and easy while offering ongoing support throughout your journey. They work closely with your fertility specialist to personalise care and optimise your experience during this challenging time. With experience in acute nursing, midwifery and women’s health we aim to assist in all stages of treatment. We are compassionate, professional and enthusiastic.
One of your first contacts with the nursing team is when we walk through the process of what IVF is and the steps involved. Your nursing team will talk you through the medications and procedures involved for treatment. Our friendly nurses are easily contactable in person, via phone or by email if you have any questions regarding your treatment.
Your nursing team will guide you step by step through your IVF journey, guiding you through each consultation and test in collaboration with your fertility specialist. They strive to personalise your treatment, recognising that each patient and their family has their own unique story, and that the story doesn’t just end with a pregnancy test.
Our team of scientists bring so much of what we offer together with care and technical ability. Responsible for completing the intricacies of IVF, fertility preservation and genetic testing, our scientists do a lot of work that you might not see, though it will form a significant part of your fertility journey. Our staff are well-regarded and diligent, ensuring that every process is completed with the utmost care and ability, giving your care plan the best chance of being successful and fulfilling.
Our warm and attentive Concierge team will be your first point of contact when you begin your journey with us at Create Fertility. We are here to help you with scheduling your appointments, and navigate any billing enquiries and will provide you with ongoing support. Patient experience and care are our number one priority and we strive to ensure your journey is as seamless as possible.
