We value and encourage all feedback at any stage during or after your treatment. Each matter is treated with confidentiality, and we endeavour to respond to all matters within 30 days. Feedback can be provided by:

• speaking to your fertility specialist during a consultation;
• phoning a member of the team and speaking to our Business Operations Manager, Quality Manager or Senior Nurse Coordinator; or
• sending an email to feedback@createfertility.com.au.
