Russell graduated from Monash University with Honours in 1986 and commenced specialist Obstetrics and Gynaecology training in 1990, undertaking his training at Monash Medical Centre and the Royal Women’s Hospital in Melbourne with a range of inspiring teachers and mentors. He is the founder and Medical Director of Ballarat IVF, and is now honoured to be Medical Director of Create Fertility. Russell has more than 25 years of experience in the field of Reproductive medicine, and brings this expertise to support the Create Fertility Specialists. He has a significant role in teaching and training the next generation of Laparoscopic Surgeons and Fertility Specialists through his Directorship of the OGB , AGES training post He shares the Create Fertility specialists’ philosophy of providing the highest level of service to the patients who entrust their care to them.
